Jury

The jury will be formed by photographers of recognized national and international prestige, specialists in the suggested categories. Ambassadors of the big brands such as Canon, Nikon or Hasselblad. They have millions of followers on social media and are recognized worldwide for their work.

All of them will carefully review and evaluate your work to fairly award the wonderful prizes.

Who are the photographers on our jury?

Our international jury is composed of 10 renowned photographers and a coordinator. Therefore, international photographers such as Thomas Heaton, Mads Peter Iversen, Kilian Schönberger or Isabella Tabacchi will work together with great professionals from our country. Photographers such as Néstor Rodan, Jesús M. García, Javier Alonso Torre, Luis Miguel Azorín, Mario Rubio or Montse González. All of them synchronized under the baton of Justo Gómez.

This exceptional jury will be responsible for choosing the winning images in this edition of Canarian Photo Awards. Moreover, all these photographers will join in the awards ceremony to be held on February 11, 2023 at the MYND Yaiza Hotel in Lanzarote.

In the meantime, prepare your best photos and sharpen your aim, because this contest is going to be full of top photographers with some amazing images.

We like to be fair, so thanks to the Squirrel Room platform, all voting will be done anonymously, and the order of presentation of the photos will be completely random.

It will also allow you to upload your photos with the highest quality, so that the judges can appreciate every small detail.
